I have found that women with smaller breast and larger nipples seem to respond to external stimuli more that women with larger breasts and smaller nipples. Now I understand that this is quite radical given that so many women has choosen to have larger breasts. What's your thoughts on this issue.

You have to realize that there could be many reasons women get larger breasts. It could be work related (porn stars or strippers). It could be that they aren't happy with what God gave them or they don't feel feminine enough with small breasts. They may also believe that with all the hype out there that guys prefer women with a bigger breast size. This is just to name a few. Then you have the women who like having smaller breasts because of the sexual advantages like being extra sensitive and allowing them to cum quicker and/or more often.
